By this civil application, the applicant seeks that the order dated 12th October, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) passing a conditional order be set aside and undertakes to remove all the office objections within three weeks from today. The statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant that all the office objections will be removed within three weeks from today is accepted. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant that all the office objections will be removed within three weeks from 1/2

10-cas279-16 today, the order dated 12th October, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside. Second Appeal (Stamp) No.4328 of 2015 is restored to file. If all the office objections are not removed within three weeks from today, the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated and the order dated 12th October, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) to stand revived. 3.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
