The prisoner seeks expeditious disposal of criminal matters pending against him. Learned APP has pointed out that there are five cases of the year 2017 by Satara City Police Station under Section 395 of the IPC.

With liberty to prisoner to move concerned Court Court in which those cases are pending, as status thereof is not disclosed, for expeditious hearing.

We dispose of the Petition.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
