Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.

This application is filed for anticipatory bail in Crime No. 345/2017 registered with Vairag Police Station, Solapur (Rural) under Sections 326, 323, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code. The only role attributed to the applicant is of committing assault on complainant by iron rod. Injury certificate establish that the complainant had sustained one injury, which is certified to be simple in nature and applicant was discharged on the same day.

Considering the nature of injury as aforesaid and as admittedly, in view of order of interim protection the applicant attended 1/2

(19)aba­247­18 the Investigating Officer and has co-operated with the investigation during the period from 15th February, 2018 to 18th February, 2018, interim bail stands confirmed. However, it is further directed that, applicant shall attend Investigating Officer as and when called, till filing of charge-sheet.
