The Appellant herein has challenged the order dated 5th October, 1990 whereby learned Jt. Civil Judge, Sangli allowed the Application filed by Respondent No. 1 under Section 278 and 232 of the Indian Succession Act and issued Letter of Administration along with the will annexed, in the name of Ramchandra Vasudeo Bapat. 2.

It is to be noted that validity and genuineness of the will was challenged in the Second Appeal No. 432 of 1982 between the same parties. The said Appeal has been dismissed vide order dated 11th October, 1993 by holding that the Courts below have given cogent reasons to come to the conclusion that the said codicil 29th August, 1969 Amol P Jadhav

915.fa.439.1991 has been duly proved.

In view of the said Judgment nothing survives in this Appeal. 4.
