The First Appeal has been preferred against the Judgment and Award dated 21.12.1994 passed in Land Acquisition Reference No. 582 of 1989. The Reference Court enhanced the compensation to Rs. 35,750/- against the amount of Rs. 16,140/- granted by the SLAO. 2.

Considering the meagre enhancement this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal.

First Appeal stands dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of First Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in the pending Civil/Interim Applications and the same stand disposed of.
