In these petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have assailed the validity of the order dated 26th April, 2011 passed by the trial court in Regular Civil Appeal No. 180 of 2010 by which a Trustee of the Trust was impleaded in the execution proceedings. 2.

A Bench of this Court by an interim order dated 16th December, 2011 had directed the executing Court to proceed and deal with the execution proceedings. The writ petitions are pending in this Court since 2011. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not in a position to apprise the Court with regard to the status of the execution proceedings.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petitions are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to revive these petitions in case the execution proceedings are still pending.
