Ms. Kadam, learned Counsel for the Applicant fairly admits that in the chart which was produced at the time of submissions, name of the Applicant is incorrectly mentioned. The said incorrect name is reflected in the Order dated 21.03.2024. 3.

Ms. Kadam, learned Counsel for the Applicant also submits that in paragraph no.2 of the aforesaid order, it has been typed as "302 r/ w 23 of I.P.C., 1860" instead of '302 r/w 34 of I.P.C., 1860' as well as in paragraph no.10(a) of the aforesaid order, name of the Applicant has been typed as "Salma Amir alias Mohd. Hanif Sheikh" instead of 'Salma Amir alias Mohd. Hanif Alase'.

Order dated 21.03.2024, be corrected as above and the corrected order be uploaded on the server. Rest of the order to Anand Page No.1
