Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.5 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, to dispose of the proposal dated 20th September, 2013 sent by the Headmaster of the respondent No.7-High School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Shikshan Sevak (a copy of which is annexed at "Exhibit K", page 33) as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

11. wp 2503.18.doc petition and the respondent No.5 shall decide the said proposal independently on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3.

In order to enable the respondent No.5 to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him along with the said proposal and copy of this order on 26th March, 2018 at 11.00 am.. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
