By this Application, the Applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Revisional Applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Revisional Applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- before this Court. Hence, the Applicant be permitted to withdraw this amount. 3.

Learned counsel for the Revisional Applicant submits that

5-IA-1134-2025 (CR) .DOC settlement talks are going on between the Applicant and the Revisional Applicant. If this Court inclined to allow the present Application, this amount be considered in the settlement talks if settlement talks are fruitful.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsels, I pass following order :

ORDER

I.

Application is allowed.

II.

Applicant is permitted to withdraw Rs.15,00,000/- deposited before this Court by the Revisional Applicant by filing usual undertaking.

Interim Application is disposed off.
