This Application is moved by the application for restoration of Writ Petition, which was dismissed by conditional order dated 7th January, 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) for removal of office objections.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Writ Petition was dismissed, as the office objections were not removed within the stipulated time. The learned counsel submitted that he has served all the respondents.

The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submitted that he will furnish the typed copy of page nos. 24 and 34 within two weeks. The typed copy of page No. 59 is already submitted. 5.

If the compliance is not within the stipulated time, the Petition will be dismissed without referring to the Court. Otherwise, the Writ Petition is fixed on 13th July, 2018.
