Consent terms are filed today by the appellant-ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd and the original claimants.

Respondent No.1-Suvarna Laxman Bhingare and respondent No.5-Sonabai Kisan Bhingare are present before Lok Adalat. Respondent No.6-Kisan Laxman Bhingare has executed a power of attorney in favour of his wife Sonabai which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Owing to his ailment and as he is bed ridden, Kisan Bhingare is unable to remain present today before Lok Adalat. 4.

Respondent No.2-Gauri is aged about 15 years, respondent No.3-Reshma is aged about 9 years and respondent No.4-Aarti is aged about 7 years. They being minors are represented by Suvarana, their mother.

In view of the recitals of the consent terms, dispute has been amicably settled for an amount of Rs.14,68,000/- plus interest @ 9% from the date of claim petition till entire decretal amount is deposited in MACT, Satara. Recitals further reveal that an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- plus interest @ 9% from the date of the claim petition will be payable to the appellant.

Mr. Gaikwad, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 to 6 vouched the identity of respondent No.1Suvarna Bhingare and respondent No.5-Sonabai Bhingare who put their thumb impressions over the consent terms. Their thumb impressions have been duly attested by Advocate Mr. Ankush Jadhav.

I have ascertained the genuineness of the recitals of the consent terms from respondents No.1 and 5.

In view of the consent terms, the appeal stands disposed of. 9.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Statutory deposit be forwarded to MACT, Satara. 11.

Court fee be refunded as per rules.
