The present Writ Petition is filed for following prayer: "(b) This Honarable Court be pleased to issue the writ of mandamus order direction or any other order directions or appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents Nos.1 to 5 herein decide the proposal sent by the Respondent Nos.3 to the Office of the Respondent No.4Administrative Officer for his approval forthwith." 3.

5-WP-15079-2024.doc dated 21st June 2023 whereby proposal submitted to Respondent No.4 Administrative Officer by Head Master-Respondent No.3 in pursuance to order dated 15th March 2023 passed by School Tribunal has been rejected on account of deficiencies specified therein. 4.
