The petitioners-original defendants are challenging the orders passed by the Courts below thereby granting injunction against the petitioners restraining them from creating third party rights over the suit property. The order of injunction is in force against the petitioners since 16 December 2017. Hence, no interference is called for. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. 2.

However, all contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. 3.

The Trial Court shall decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned orders.

Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
