Present civil revision application arises out of order dated 16th January 2021 passed below Exhibit 36 in Election Petition No.1 of 2018 by learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kavathe Mahankal. It appears that during pendency of civil revision application, Election Petition No.1 of 2018 has been finally decided vide judgment and order dated 7th November 2022. 2.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in civil revision application. The same stands disposed of as infructuous.
