Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondent to give the possession of the land admeasuring 40 Guntha from Gut No.4 from village Alabad, Tq. Kagal, Dist. Kolhapur.

The learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 filed Affidavit dated 18.04.2018 duly affirmed by Mrs. Manisha Kumbhar, Incharge District Resettlement Officer, Kolhapur stating that they have already allotted 40 Guntha land to the Petitioner. Along with the said Affidavit­in­Reply, they placed on record possession panchanama dated 16.04.2018 (Page

28) and 7 x 12 extract (page 37).

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.
