By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are challenging the order dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Respondent thereby terminating the services of the Petitioners.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a liberty to file an appropriate proceedings under the Waghmare 1 / 2

1.wp.1900.19.doc Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 if it is available. To that effect the learned Advocate for Petitioners tenders the affidavit dated 30.12.2020 duly affirmed by the Petitioners. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

On the request of the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, the following order is passed :

i) The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, if the same is available under law. ii) No order as to costs.
