This is an application seeking quashment of the conditional order passed by the Registrar Jud.II on 12th February, 2018 for want of failure to remove the office objections.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. 4.
The conditional order passed by the Registrar Jud.II dated 12th February, 2018 is quashed and set aside. The Writ Petition be restored to its original number.
