This matter is pending since February 2022. No steps were taken to take up this matter for circulation. On 22/12/2022 when the matter was listed, nobody had appeared for the Petitioner and it was adjourned to 10/04/2023. On that date, the matter did not reach. On 05/06/2023 when the matter was listed, nobody had appeared for the Petitioner and the matter was directed to be placed on 14/06/2023 under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 14/06/2023, Advocate Shri. Priyanshu Mishra appeared for the Petitioner and sought adjournment on the ground that the Advocate on record Shri. R. M. Pande had suffered injury

8-wp-1547-22 and had not attended the Court on that date. It was categorically mentioned that, said Advocate would be available on the next date. After that the matter was directed to be listed on today's board. Today, in the morning session when the matter was called out, nobody appeared for the Petitioner. Even in the afternoon session, nobody appears for the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition. 2.

Hence, it is dismissed for non prosecution.
