Interim Application No. 2720 of 2021 is an application for substitution filed in Writ Petition No. 12972 OF 2016 by the heirs (widow and children) of the original petitioner no.2 - Sadanand Parshuram Jadhav, who has passed away on 2nd December, 2020.

Since the application is within time, the prayer for substitution is granted. Office is directed to incorporate the names of the applicant heirs appearing at Sr. No.2(a) to 2(d) of the application as substituted petitioners in place of the deceased petitioner no.2.
