This is an application for modification of order dated 14th October 2021 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1069 of 2021. While granting bail to the applicant in Crime No.20 of 2020 registered with Jaisingpur Police Station for offences under Sections 302, 307, 201, 212, 364, 120-B, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506(2) r/w 34 of IPC, u/s.4(25) of Arms Act and under Sections 3(1)(i), 3(1) (ii), 3(2), 3(4), 3(5) of MCOC Act, the applicant was directed not to enter the jurisdiction of concerned police station. It is submitted that the applicant has complied the said condition and never committed breach of said condition. The applicant was directed to report Jaisingpur Police Station For period of one year the applicant has complied said condition. Aforesaid condition can be dispensed with. Learned APP submitted that applicant is involved in case under MCOC Act. The condition was imposed while granting bail considering nature of offence.

Considering the fact that applicant has complied the said condition for a period of about one year, it can be relaxed.
ORDER
(i) Interim Application is allowed and disposed off; (ii) The condition stipulated in order dated 14th October 2021 passed by this Court directing applicant not to enter the jurisdiction of Jaisingpur Police Station is deleted;
(iii) In the alternative, the applicant is directed to attend Jaisingpur Police Station once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm till further orders.
