The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the writ petition is part of the group of three writ petitions, two of which being Writ Petition Nos.2705 of 2015 and 2706 of 2015 are already disposed of by the order dated 5th August, 2015. He submits that the present writ petition may also be disposed of. Accordingly, in view of the reasons recorded in the order dated 5th August, 2015 this petition calls for no interference. The petition is dismissed. There will be no orders as to the costs. (A.K.MENON, J.)
