The petitioner no.3 is stated to have passed away on 29.3.2020, so is the case with the petitioner 2(g), who has passed away on 6.8.2021. The petitioner no.2(a) is also stated to be no more. Inspite of passage of substantial period of time, no steps have been taken to bring legal heirs on record. 2.

The matter was listed on 20.6.2024 for enabling the petitioner to take steps, inspite of which nothing has been done. In case the steps are not taken to bring the legal heirs by 4.7.2024, the petition shall stand dismissed without further VAI
