The grievances of the Petitioner in his Application are multifarious, viz; Petitioner seeks issuance of writ of habeas corpus, expeditious hearing of his pending Bail Appeal No.1261 of 2013 and quashing of FIR under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. 2.

The reliefs sought by the Petitioner are in respect of different causes of action. Petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application to the appropriate Court in respect of each of the aforesaid reliefs, in accordance with law.
