The petitioners in both the petitions are the original defendants who have applied for relief of temporary injunction. The Trial Court initially rejected the application for temporary injunction. However, the Appellate Court by the order dated 20th January 2015 restrained them from disturbing respondent's possession over the suit property. The order of injunction is in force against the petitioners from 20th January 2015. Hence, no

8-wp-2489-2015.doc interference is called for.

All questions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.

In view of disposal of the petitions, the interim application does not survive; hence, the interim application stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
