The Appellant passed away on 7th September, 2020 and the Application was fled on 22nd October, 2021. Due to Covid-19

14.ia.16708.22.doc pandemic, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March, 2020 to 28th February, 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in fling the Interim Application and the same is allowed.
