Although, the Petitioner has made several prayers in the Petition, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner only prayed that the Petition be heard by the Maharashtra Medical Council, as and when it is constituted. 2.
Mrs. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions, states that the Maharashtra Medical Council will be constituted some time in April, 2025. Learned APP further states that after the constitution of the Gaikwad RD 1/2
914-wp-1569-2022.doc Maharashtra Medical Council, the said Council will hear the Petitioner with respect to the Petitioner's grievance as set out in this Petition and will take the said complaint to its logical end. Statement accepted.

In view of this statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the Petitioner's complaint made to the Maharashtra Medical Council nor have we considered the other reliefs as sought for in this Petition, and as such, keep all contentions of all parties open. 6.
