The grievance made by the petitioner is that though Revision Application was filed on 29th December, 2015, the Revisional Authority has not even considered the prayer for interim relief. The prayer for interim relief was made in a separate application. There are material averments made in paragraphs 9 and 10.

Pradeep Mole, Under Secretary, Revenue Department states that Revisional Authority will decide the application for interim relief within a period of two weeks from today. We accept the said statement. Hence, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) We accept the aforesaid statement. The order passed on the application for interim relief be communicated to the petitioner. Till the date of communication of the order to the petitioner, the order of the status-quo passed by the learned Single Judge on 24th November, 2015 in Writ Petition No.10701 of 2015 will continue to operate. If the order of the Revisional Authority be adverse to the petitioner, the said order dated 24th November, 2015 will continue to operate for a period of two weeks on which the order is communicated to the petitioner.

rpa 3/3 (ii) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (iii) Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
