This application is filed for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount deposited by appellants in First Appeal No.147 of 2016, towards order passed by Workmens Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Solapur. 2.

Learned Advocate for appellants has vehemently opposed the prayer contending that 50% amount is already withdrawn by applicants-claimants and he has a good case Shiv

Considering averments made in application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) subject to applicants furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of Commissioner of Workmens Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Solapur.
