He states that in view of the LoI dated 14th August 2017 for Juna Bidi Gharkul, Solapur, the Petitioner does not wish to prosecute the present petition. Mr. Sabban accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Leave granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. [SMT.
