All these petitions can be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the proposals tendered by the Petitioners for validation of tribe certificates issued to them by the competent authority and pending with the Scrutiny Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months, in accordance of law and after extending opportunities of hearing to the concerned Petitioners, and it is accordingly directed. The Petitioners shall cause their appearance before the Scrutiny Committee on 13th August, 2018, and as such, no notice requiring their appearance shall be necessary. The Petitioners undertake to cooperate the Scrutiny Committee in expeditious disposal of the validation of claims, and further undertake not to seek unnecessary adjournments.

The writ petitions are disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
