Pursuant to order dated 21/02/2019, the Investigating Officer is personally present in the Court. Perused the affidavit filed by the Commissioner of Solapur City.
The said affidavit in detail has dealt with the conduct of the applicant in the commission of various crimes. The same has also taken into account report submitted by the Deputy Commissioner of Crime, Solapur dated 28/02/2019.
2 5.478.19 ba.doc The Court express its satisfaction over the efforts made by Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Crime. In the present crime, applicant is seeking regular bail, having been arrested on 18/01/2019. Applicant was subjected to custodial interrogation. It is informed that investigation in the matter is almost complete and the chargesheet will be filed in a fortnight. In the aforesaid background, in my opinion, further detention of the applicant is not warranted. Hence, following order: (A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 520/2018 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/ with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.
(C) If applicant is found in similar type of offence, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. Application stands disposed of.
