The present First Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 15th November, 1991 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 27 of 1987 by which Reference Court awarded compensation of Rs. 2,000/- per ARE as against the compensation of Rs. 900/- per ARE awarded by Special Land Acquisition Ofocer.

The Government has taken a conscious decision not to challenge the enhancement if the same is within the limit of four times of compensation awarded by Special Land Acquisition Ofocer as per Government Circulars dated 3rd November, 2016 and 11th May, 2018. 3.

In light of above, the First Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. Sairaj 1 of

Refund of Court Fees as per rules.

In view of above, nothing survives for consideration in the pending Interim/Civil Applications, if any, and the same stand disposed of.
