These applications are filed by the legal heirs of sole Petitioner, who has expired on 08.11.2021 and the Applications for bringing the Applicants' names as legal heirs of the Petitioner, is filed on 02.02.2022 and 15.02.2022. Since, the date of death and filing of application are within the time of limitation excluded by the Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Applications are in time. 2.

Therefore, the Interim Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 3.

Copies of the amended petitions to be supplied to the Respondents simultaneously.
