Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal no. 397 of 2008 on the ground that the applicant is Senior Citizen as well as order dated 15.02.2012 passed by this court in the Civil Application no. 1251 of 2008.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, averments made in Civil Application and the order dated 15.02.2012 in Civil Application no. 1251 of 2008, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Hearing of Second Appeal no. 397 of 2008 is expedited on the ground that applicant is Senior Citizen.

b) Office is directed to place the Second Appeal no. 397 of 2008 for final hearing in weekly board in the list of senior citizen as per its turn. c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
