In Crime No. 625/2018 registered with Vita Police Station, Dist. Sangli for offence punishable under Sections 395, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, applicants are seeking prearrest bail.
There is a cross complaint at the behest of the applicants bearing Crime. 626/2018 registered with Vita Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 395, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148,
2 34.363.19 aba.doc 149, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Perusal of investigation papers does not reflect any injury certificate so as to ascertain allegations against the applicants. Applicants are son and mother and entire family is roped in the crime in question.
Since there is a cross complaint, false implication cannot be ruled out. In view of this, applicants deserve prearrest bail. (A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 625/2018 registered with Vita Police Station, Dist. Sangli, applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/ each with one or more sureties in the like amount. (B) Applicants shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.
(C) Applicants shall cooperate with the investigating agency.
