Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy available under the provisions of law to the petitioner. At the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The authority / forum to which the Petitioner would submit the alternate proceedings, to consider the factual aspect namely, the Petitioner had approached this Court under a bonafide belief, while considering the aspect of delay, if so raised. 2.
