The learned counsel for the Applicant filed praecipe for withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application. At his request, the matter is taken up.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the Civil Revision Application with liberty to raise all contentions in an appeal, in case the order goes against them before the Trial Court. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Civil Revision Application stands disposed of as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.

No order as to costs.
