Though this application is for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal, I find that the Appeal is being filed under the proviso to section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant claims to be a victim of the alleged offences. A view has been taken by this Court that for such Appeal, no specific time limit has been prescribed. As such, it is not necessary to pass any formal order condoning the delay.
The Appeal be numbered and be placed on board for admission on 7th April 2015.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
