The application is allowed.

Petition No. A-1625 of 2024 pending before Family Court at Bandra be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Madha, District: Solapur..

III. The respondent can file an application before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Madha, District: Solapur for appearing through video conferencing.

IV.

The learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Madha shall decide the application on its own merits. 4.
