Although Respondents are served, except Mr. A. R. Patil, learned Addl. G.P. who appears for the Respondent-State, none appears for the other Respondents. No reply has been filed to the Civil Application by other Respondents. Therefore, the contentions raised in the Civil Application have remained uncontroverted.

Mr. A. R. Patil, learned Addl. G.P. appearing for the Respondent-State strongly opposes the application. 5.
