The petition is placed before this Court at the instance of the Registry for speaking to the minutes of order dated 28th August, 2019. It is submitted that in last sentence of paragraph 3 at page 2, a reference is made to the petition as Public Interest Litigation, whereas the matter was filed in this Court as writ petition. Considering the fact that this is merely a typographical and inadvertent error, the prayer for speaking to the minutes is allowed. Thus, the words 'Public Interest Litigation' appearing in the last sentence of the said order be substituted by 'writ petition'. Necessary correction be carried out in the order. On carrying out the correction, the corrected order be uploaded.
