The petitioner is challenging an order of rejection of nomination confirmed by the Appellate Authority. It is not in dispute that the list of factual nominated candidates is already published, the voting is scheduled to be held on 18 February 2024. Therefore, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the Court under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
