This matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 30.9.2015 in First Appeal No.906 of 2007.

The First Appeal was dismissed by order dated 30.9.2015. the learned Counsel for the respondents submits that while disposing of the said appeal, it is necessary to mention about the transfer of the statutory amount alongwith interest accrued thereon to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara.

In view of the order of disposal of the appeal and the submissions of the learned Counsel for the respondents, paragraph No.7 is added in the said order dated 30.9.2015 as under:

The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited by the appellant/insurance company and the interest accrued theeon is to be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara and the respondents are allowed to withdraw the said amount from the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara, after verification of identity."
