By the impugned order, the Trial Court has rejected the petitioner's application for temporary injunction restraining defendants from obtaining sugarcane bill from Shri Gurudatta Sugars Limited, Takaliwadi and for striking out defence of defendant No.1.

Considering the nature of controversy involved, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition. However, in case sugarcane bill not paid to the defendant, it shall be open for the petitioner to revive the petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
