The Petitioner has essentially challenged the measures taken by the Respondent Bank under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioner has a remedy before the DRT. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition.

The Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the DRT.
