By consent of parties, following order is passed :- 3.

Order dated 29th October,1995 in Application No. 15 of 1992, order dated 26th October, 1995 in Appeal No. 2 of 1993 and order dated 6th December, 2017 in Revision Application No.MRT/SS/96/2000 are quashed and set aside. Tenancy Case No. 15 of 1992 is restored to file. Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

In view of this court having set aside the aforesaid three orders in both these proceedings, entry in the 7/12th extract in favour of all the respondents shall stand restored as on the date of application No.15 of 1992 filed by the petitioner by the learned Tahsildar within one week from the date of communication of this order. 5.
