By this Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking recall of the judicial order dated 3rd January 2020 passed in Writ Petition (ST) No. 15922 of 2019 (i.e. Writ 1/3
Petition No. 4066 of 2021) and for restoration of the said Petition.

The Petition was rejected by way of conditional self operative order dated 3rd January 2020 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court for non removal of offce objections.

We have gone through the averments made in the Interim Application and we are satisfed with the reasons set out therein for recall of the conditional order dated 3rd January 2020. We are also satisfed with the reasons given in the said Application as to the condonation of delay in fling the Interim Application.

In view thereof, the following order is passed: (i) The delay in fling the Interim Application is condoned.
(ii) The conditional Judicial order dated 3rd January 2/3
2020 is recalled and Writ Petition No. 4066 of 2021 is restored on fle of this Court.
(iii) The restoration of the Writ Petition is conditional upon the Petitioner removing all offce objections within a period of one week from today.
(iv) Interim Application is disposed of in the above terms. (v) No order as to costs.

The Respondents shall fle their Affdavit in Reply within a period of two weeks from the offce objections being removed upon the Writ Petition having been restored. 7.
Place the Writ Petition on board on 20th September 2021.
