CORAM: SMT. BHARATI H.DANGRE, J DATED : 4th SEPTEMBER, 2018 P.C: Learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Islampur on 4th January 2008, thereby upholding the order dated 8th May 2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Islampur, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He, however, states that he should be granted liberty to prosecute the said application in future.

Sessions Judge, Islampur would reveal that the Appellate Court had specifically observed that this application can be pressed into service at the time of final disposal of the matter. In such circumstances, there is no need of any liberty. However, leave is granted to withdraw the writ petition. The same is disposed of as withdrawn.
