The petitioners (original defendants) are challenging the order passed by the Courts below granting relief of temporary injunction. At least since 10th April 2015, the relief of temporary injunction is in force. Hence, no interference in the impugned order at the stage is called for. However, keeping all contentions raised in the petition open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. 2.

Since the suit is of the year 2003, the Trial Court is directed to decide the suit within six months from today. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
