Having heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent No. 3 Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Solapur to decide the representation/application dated 1/9/2016 made to him by the Respondent No. 5 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period of 4 weeks from the receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's claim and the respondent No. 3 shall decide the said Talwalkar 2/2
